We believe in providing only the best aged beef and fresh lamb to you the customer.
All our beef is aged for a minimum of two weeks. This is very important to ensure
consistent tenderness and strength of flavour into our cuts. We pride ourselves
on the lean meat we provide picked fresh off the farm each week.
